I had a memorable stay with exceptional views of Lake Monona right from my room. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I encountered issues with my internet access, they promptly provided me with a code. The hotel's location is ideal, just steps away from key attractions. However, the noise from the air conditioner could be improved for a quieter night.
